Triumph Nutrition – Return & Refund Policy

At Triumph Nutrition, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free while maintaining transparency.

1. Eligibility for Free Returns & Full Refunds

We accept free return and full refund after contacting us within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. And should come under the below  conditions for Free Return/Full Refund approval

Wrong/different item delivered.

Mandatory Proofs needed for Free Return/Full Refund Approval:

Unboxing video is mandatory (as it’s a healthcare product) to verify damage, defect, or wrong delivery.

Product seal must be intact—if broken, returns/replacements will not be accepted.

Tampered packaging must be reported immediately (do not accept such deliveries).

2.Steps Of Return Process

  1. Report the Issue:

  2. Email us at support@triumphnutrition.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9400313732 within 3 days of delivery.

  3. Provide: 

  • Unboxing video,
  • Images of the product, outer packaging, MRP hologram, and batch number Invoice copy (To verify the number of days passed after product delivery)

      4. Inspection & Approval:

  • Our team will review within 24-48 hours.
  • If approved, we will arrange a Free reverse pickup from our side within 1-2 working days

      5. Quality Check:

  • Once received, our team will inspect the product.
  • If verified, a full refund or free replacement (subject to availability) will be processed.

3. Refund Policy

Full Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after passing the above mentioned conditions.

If any fraudulent activities arises from the customers side, like returning opened and used items, returning wrong items other than mentioned in invoice & or any such fraudulent activities noticed from your side will affect your refund amount

4. Non-Returnable Items

Products without an unboxing video or proper proof.

Products with broken seals or used/altered condition.

Stock clearance/sale items (unless defective).

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before dispatch: Refund after deducting payment gateway charges (2%).

Cancellation after dispatch: Refund after deducting shipping + RTO charges 

Deductions will apply:

    • Payment gateway charges (2.36%).

    • Shipping & RTO charges (2x shipping cost).
      (Example: If shipping is ₹100, ₹200 will be deducted.)

6 Exceptions & Notes

Hygroscopic products (BCAA, pre-workout, etc.) may form lumps but are safe to consume. Shake well before use.

Promotional offers may have different policies—check details at the time of purchase.

Authenticity Guarantee: All products are sourced directly from brands/official importers.

1. Can I return my order?

      Yes! You have 3 days from delivery to return if:

  • The product is damaged/defective.

  • You got the wrong item.

  • Something is missing from your order.

      Important:

  • You must share an unboxing video (to show the issue).

  • The product seal must be unbroken (no returns if opened).


2. How do I start a return?

Step 1: Email us at support@triumphnutrition.in  or Whatsapp us to - +91                9400313732 within 3 days of delivery.

 Step 2: Attach:

  • Unboxing video 

  • Photos of the product, packaging, and invoice 

  • Step 3: We’ll check and approve within 1-2 days.

3. Will I get a refund or replacement?

  • If approved, you’ll get a full refund (to your original payment method) within 7 days.

  • Or, we can replace the item (if available).

4. What can’t be returned?

  • Items without an unboxing video.

  • Products with broken seals or used/altered.

  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective).

5. Can I cancel my order?

  • Before dispatch: Refund (minus 2.36% payment charges).

  • After dispatch: Refund (minus shipping + return fees).

  • Contact us in mail or whatsapp to raise a cancellation request.( Keep in mind that cancellation is not always promised , and will be depended upon number of days since you placed the order and status from our shipment aggregator )

6. My BCAA/Pre-Workout has lumps. Is it safe?

       Yes! Some powders (like BCAA) naturally clump. Shake well before use,it’s still             safe!
